Anywhere between 1 and 26 weeks is considered a relatively short period of storage service, which we can help with. For longer periods of time, we may also provide preferential rates, especially for Fantastic club members.

Is the insurance different during the short term storage?

We provide the same insurance for any type of removals and storage services, no matter the period of time (short-term or long-term).

What is short-term storage most useful for?

Customers find the short-term storage service very suitable for small-scale moves such as moving from one property to another in the same town. Who would be best to do the packing?

It depends on your personal preferences. We always recommend our professional packers to handle the packing in order to keep your items safely moved and stored. If saving costs is your priority, then you can do the packing yourself but we will not take responsibility if any items get damaged during transportation under such conditions.

Can I use short-term storage for valuables?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with any type of storage service for items such as jewellry, gold, currency in cash, etc.
